Free standard shipping for all Australian orders over $50. $10 flat rate for all Australian orders under $50.

Express shipping: Please contact us on hello@thehuskmill.com if you would like to arrange express shipping!

International shipping: $12.95 flat rate for international orders.

Shipping timeframes

Here's a quick guide as to how long it should take for your item to arrive. 

PLEASE NOTE, ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS ONLY.

Local: For orders within NSW, parcels typically arrive within five business days. 

Nearby cities: Parcels traveling to Melbourne and Brisbane typically arrive within five to eight business days.

Further away: Remote destinations and orders for Adelaide, Perth, Hobart and Darwin can take a little longer to arrive; typically seven to ten business days.

No PO Boxes: Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes – please provide an alternative address.

International: Will vary from location to location. Please allow up to two weeks shipping time but rest assured we will on board with a courier ASAP.

Whilst we do our best to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered to you as soon as possible, on rare occasions there may be delays and orders can take slightly longer than the suggested time frame. Having said this, we will always do our best to get your cacao teas to you ASAP! 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as returns and resending of items will be at the customer’s expense.
